Product Information

Where can I find exact product specifications? (+)

The most accurate specifications are contained within the product sales data sheet and/ or the installation sheet.

Where can I view or download product sales data sheet/ installation sheet information? (+)

You can download or view this information whilst in the product series page by clicking ‘LITERATURE’ from the grey navigation bar across the top of the page. Alternatively, you will find literature within the specific model boxes.

How can I get more information in other languages? (+)

We have many product sales data sheets and installation sheets available in various languages, you will find these listed against each individual product series/model. If you do not see information you need in your language, email us with a specific request along with your contact information and we will work with you to provide the literature in your native language.

Pricing & Ordering

Product Pricing (+)

All prices are quoted in GBP pounds sterling and will be subject to V.A.T in the UK. Export prices - goods shall be delivered FCA Seller’s premises, as per Incoterms ® 2010 Rules. Freight and insurance will be quoted separately.

Payment is to be made in GBP pounds sterling by BACS (electronic bank transfer) payment method.

Shipping & Invoice

Can I track my order once it is shipped? (+)

I received my order, but where is my invoice? (+)

Invoices are never sent with domestic order shipments, they are always sent separately 1-2 days after dispatch via postal mail.

Delivery Terms: UK Mainland

Shipping charges (+)

Carriage is charged on orders subject to our terms and conditions. All cages including custom cage orders, extinguisher cabinets and enclosures will be quoted at cost. This is due to the size of the cartons, which may on some occasions require a dedicated vehicle.

Standard delivery (+)

All orders will be sent by carrier and delivered next day between 09:00 & 17:30 subject to availability and weight of package

Guaranteed or special delivery (+)

Please request a quotation at the time of placing a purchase order.

Cage, Cabinet & Enclosure deliveries (+)

All cages including custom cage orders, extinguisher cabinets and enclosures will be quoted at cost. This is due to the size of the cartons, which may on some occasions require a dedicated vehicle.

Shipping after Brexit (+)

STI already ship to the ROW (rest of the world) and has an EORI number in place.

STI have a distribution hub located within the EU. As a result orders destined for Europe will not incur any additional import duties or VAT charges.

Export Terms (+)

Our prices are quoted in pounds sterling. Duty and tax will be payable by the receiver. For customers own carrier/haulier, FCA STI Works, Bromsgrove, United Kingdom, Incoterms ®2020 will be applicable. For use of STI’s carrier/haulier, DAP will be the applicable Incoterms ®2020 unless otherwise agreed at time of receipt of purchase order. Various carriage options are available upon request. Please contact us prior to placing your order should you wish to discuss.

Lithium Batteries
Please note if your order contains Lithium Batteries you will need to advise your forwarder the shipment contains Lithium Metal batteries.
