Safety Technology International enjoyed a fantastic start to the year at Intersec 2019 hosted at the Dubai International Convention & Exhibition Centre.
STI joined more than 1,200 exhibitors from 54 countries at the 60,000 square metre Convetion & Exhibition Centre, welcoming a record-breaking number of visitors from all over the world.
With 35,889 attendees making for a 23 per cent increase on 2018, STI spoke with many of their customers in the Middle East, and around the world – meeting with familiar faces and demonstrating their innovative products to new contacts.
Omar Hoss, STI’s Middle East Distributor, said: “Intersec is one of the most prominent exhibitions not only in the Middle East, but the world.
“STI is one of the few companies, if not the only company, which protects fire and security systems, STI’s participation at Intersec this year and every year is vital.”
Joining 430 other companies STI exhibited in the Fire and Rescue section of the 21st edition of Intersec, the largest section at the show.
Hoss added: “STI has achieved a huge success in Dubai for Intersec 2019. This is due in part to the increased awareness of customers to the idea of protecting their fire and security systems against false alarms.
“STI products are now widespread in large quantities across the Middle East, especially in hospitals, schools, universities and malls.
“Most well-established companies in the Middle East are requesting STI products and that is great for STI. This demand for products is only increasing in the region.”
