COVID-19 update from Safety Technology International

To all our customers,

In light of the current global situation with COVID-19, Safety Technology International are closely monitoring the situation; the health and welfare of our staff, their family and friends is paramount. Hygiene Procedures were put in place more than a month ago to ensure that our team were protected as far as possible, and that business can continue as usual. We are doing everything we can to minimise the impact this will have on our customers and our business.

In line with current advice, we have implemented the following procedures:

  • Hand sanitiser units are placed around the building with a strict usage procedure.
  •   Temperature monitoring is done during the day for all staff.
  • Staff showing signs of symptoms are being sent home and told to self-isolate.
  • Limiting the number of staff in a given area.
  • Office staff will be working from home to enforce social distancing.

Our modern IT infrastructure allows for seamless operations irrespective of staff location, so working from home will not impact the service we provide. The phone lines will operate as normal, however we encourage email communication where possible, and orders will still be processed and dispatched as usual.

In these uncertain times, we are doing all we can to ensure that Safety Technology International can continue protecting the things that protect you, and like all other companies in our industry, our customers are of most importance to us. Stay healthy out there.
